HOW TO BRING A SMALL CLAIMS ACTION IN TULSA COUNTY

        Small claims actions (those for amounts less than $4,500.00) often amount to a "catch 22" for many people.  It is not uncommon that attorney's fees will take most (or even all) of any amount recovered.   On the other hand, if you go it alone, you may find yourself in world unlike anything you have ever experienced.  While your claim may be valid, your inability to present it properly may result in the unthinkable--a judgment for the other party.
