2.  Social Security Disability/SSI

We help clients at all stages of this process, from the initial application for Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Insurance benefits all the way to appealing the Social Security Administration's decision in federal court.  We offer a free initial consultation and normally handle these cases on a contingency fee basis (you may be personally responsible for paying reasonable expenses such as postage, long distance, etc.)--if you don't receive benefits, we don't charge an attorney's fee.
