All advertising is on a month to month basis, although prepayment is allowed. Ads are granted on a "first-come, first served" basis. Available ad spaces may be reserved for any available month, upon payment of 1/3 the ad amount as a deposit. The remaining balance is due a least 10 days prior to the commencement of the ad period. If not paid, the Site Owner may grant the ad space to another advertiser.
Prepay for 1 year and get your ad for the price of 10 months. Prepay for 6 months and the cost of the ad is the regular monthly rate for five months.
The Site Owner has complete control and discretion over the placement of the ads. The Owner may reject any ad, whether or not prepaid, because of the content of the ad or the goods and/or services offered by the advertiser.
The Owner expressly disavows any financial interest in any advertiser, unless otherwise stated. All advertisers expressly agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Site Owner for any vicarious liability or direct liability flowing from use of the ad, or conduct of advertiser's business.

Current Average User Sessions per month are: (Ad rates are based on the 3 month average, with a 5% allowance for administrative sessions.):
3 month = 4415 Sessions less 5% = 4194 Sessions
6 month = 3411 Sessions
12 month = 2563 Sessions
Based on the three month average, current ad rates are:
2 Cents per average user session = $83.00 per month
1 Cent per average user session = $41.50 per month
Multi month advertising is locked at the rate effective at the time the ad is taken.
